This course is a gentle introduction aimed at beginners and will cover all you need to know to get you started. Suitable for those who have little or no experience of using a digital camera. You will learn to understand the fundamental principles of digital photography, use & understand some of the many features of a digital camera, take some simple photographs, download your photographs to a computer and organise them safely into folders & perform some basic photo editing to enhance your pictures.
'Moving on' Digital Camera course
Suitable for reasonably confident computer users who wish to improve their photography at all levels. This course will guide you through some of the techniques needed to transform ordinary everyday photographs into something a little more special. You will learn to use programme and manual settings to best effect, fully appreciate and use composition to improve your photographs, understand and use both natural and artificial light to better effect, produce effective photographs of people and still-life/ landscapes, enhance your photographs using Adobe Photoshop & make a successful inkjet print.
