Keep on Moving Mayfair!

Between 8th and 31st May the Keep on Moving Shropshire Festival will see a wide range of activities happening across Shropshire to help people aged 55+ to get active and have a go at something new. The festival has been created by a partnership of Energize, Taking Part, Age UK, Shropshire Council and the NHS.  More information is available at https://www.shropshire.gov.uk/healthy-shropshire/keep-on-moving-shropshire.

Mayfair is taking part in the festival by holding a special Keep On Moving Mayfair day on Thursday 26th May.  A variety of free taster sessions will be available, allowing you to sample the different exercise classes and walks that we provide at Mayfair.  Call Mayfair on 01694 722077 to book a place on any of these FREE sessions.
