Complementary health

What is complementary health?

Complementary health means taking a holistic or whole approach to your physical and mental wellbeing. Complementary therapists guide patients in ways that will bring balance and harmony back into every level of daily life.

All of the practitioners who operate from Mayfair are fully qualified in their own therapy, fully insured and have been in practice for at least two years. Each one is affiliated to their relevant governing body and practises according to the codes of practice and ethics of that governing body.

Most practitioners are willing to negotiate fees in cases of hardship.

Contact us at Mayfair for more information about individual practitioners and their therapies. Please note, these are appointment-only services.

Kay Price – Counselling

A person-centred approach is used in counselling. Taking the time to examine both the internal (mind) and external (people) factors in your life can be uncomfortable and emotionally draining. You can, however, gradually increase your awareness and learn to cope with triggers that may naturally present themselves to you and improve your life going forward as a result. Throughout our therapeutic relationship, I want you to feel safe, heard, and supported. Let me help you find the answers without judgment. Face-to-face sessions are available and I also provide telephone counselling ideal if you feel more comfortable in your own setting.

Please visit www.klpcounselling.org or call 07853 636304 for more information or to book an appointment.
