Fiona is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (UCL) and Registered Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with over 25 year career in NHS mental health and psychotherapy services. This is a process of exploration between you and a therapist to develop awareness of your inner world and its effect on relationships and recurring difficulties in life. I provide a regular, reliable setting in which to bring whatever is in your mind and, over time, to build an understanding of how complex life experiences may be affecting you in ways that are often hard to pin down. Initial consultation and long term or brief focused work.
If you are looking for a sports massage in Shropshire you are in the right place. My name is Jan Crate and I run Equilibrium Sports Massage. I am available at my treatment room in the Mayfair Community Centre twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays.
My sports massage can be of benefit to everyone, not just the sports players or athletes; it can offer much help and relief for those who have a desk job or a job where there is a lot of sitting around. It can also help with builders or gardener’s aches and pains as it keeps joints and muscles supple and can help to prevent injury.
Andrea, like many complementary therapists arrived here as a result of her own period of un-wellness which traditional medical routes struggled to explain and resolve.
She has discovered a real fascination with and joy in creative kinesiology, not only in her own journey with it, but more so, in being able to walk alongside other people and witness their journey towards optimum health and happiness. Please contact Mayfair to organise an appointment
