This is our bright, welcoming reception area, looking towards the Mayfair Shop, where we sell books, homewares and new craft items kindly made for us. The reception area also has a prominantly displayed craft cabinet – which can be booked for a month at a time, with only a 25% commission from any sales paid to Mayfair, and no additional charges.
The bright and airy Jubilee Room can seat 25–30 people and is used as a regular meeting place for various groups, such as Country Market, support groups and private parties. An excellent party or meeting venue.
The Café is open from 10am–3pm for drinks and snacks, with hot homemade meals served from 12–2pm. The Café is in use until 2pm, but it can be hired after this time.
Ideal for hosting a pop-up café – the Café and kitchen can be hired together. We can also provide tea, coffee and biscuits to any room hire or a buffet lunch if required. Please ask for details and prices.
This room accommodates up to 80 people seated. It may be hired for workshops, training sessions, exercise classes and private parties. There is a cooker in this room so if you want to offer a cooking club or baking exhibition, this might be just the place for you.
Our IT suite houses 9 PCs and a laptop, which can be hired for use in training sessions. Our software includes Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Dreamweaver. There is wireless internet access throughout the building.
This light, bright room seats 12 and can be used for formal meetings or for art and craft classes. The room also features a sink and hot and cold taps.
We have a number of therapy rooms, all with therapy beds (beds can either be pushed to one side or folded away if not needed) and a waiting area. These are hired by therapists or can be used as a workspace, small meeting or interview room. All have a desk.
We also have ‘chill out’ areas in Mayfair where you can just relax and enjoy the bustling and friendly atmosphere. There’s always someone to chat to. This is your community, your Mayfair family.

This is a favourite venue as it’s situated at the front of the Health and Wellbeing Centre, offering space for up to 20 people seated comfortably. It offers a hearing loop and is ideal as a meeting room. We can provide a flip chart, projector and screen.
We are able to offer spacious offices and meeting rooms. All with phone and modern office furniture. A professional host is able to man the reception for you too. This makes the whole experience more professional.
The main seating area in the middle of the Health and Wellbeing Centre has a large glass roof lantern, making this a light, bright venue even on the dullest of days. It has air conditioning and the use of a small kitchen. The furniture is modern and comfortable – a mix of dining tables and chairs, and low seating with coffee tables. This room would be perfect for any social event at the weekend or in the evening.
